LOBSTER SPECIES AND STOCK STATUS
FIA PNG Lobster Fishing Operators members target and catch only lobsters coming from lobster stocks in a healthy status. The main lobster commercial species:​​​:​​​

THE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
Our Lobster catches come from the FAO 06 inland water Oceania. Our FIA PNG MSC Lobster fishery certification includes the Torres Strait Protected Zone in the PNG waters, with the scope extension to the Australian waters. This is a unique artisanal coastal community fishery (Small Scale Fishery)
